Dakota Lee’s Book Signing and Pig Picking Event!

You’re Invited to Dakota’s Flash of Freedom Book release at Vintage Stables. Have a fun family day at Dakota’s barn, meet her horse Sonny-D and enjoy a wonderful Pig Picking lunch. The event is on Saturday, March 28th from 1-4pm. Dakota will be filming a live episode of HorseTalk from 2-2:30. The barn is located at 6429 Old Jenks Road in Apex, NC off of Hwy 55.

    Hi I’m a 10 yearold girl from Apex N.C!!! I’m really excited abou the pigpicking on saturday and I can’t wait to read your book!!! I was wondering, are you going to write another book? I hope so because it would be an insperation to all the other kids who love writing and have a dream to become a writer!I’m a writer and I would love to publish a book myself!     Lindsay- wow! I can’t wait to meet you too. That’s fantastic that your a writer, and that your so young. The cherry on the top is that you love horses, your really starting to sound like me! To answer your question about other books, yes I am writing another one right now. It’s called ‘Beyond the Ketha.’ The crazy thing is that this is an entirely different series. I’m going to continue the Freedom series, just after I’ve finished this new book.

    Cola- I read it too! It’s so cool to be getting into stuff like newspaper. I think my mom is going to frame it (she’s really excited)

    Congratulations on everything! I read your book, Flash of Freedom, and I think that it is a wonderful story with many relations to real life (and horses!) It is really a fantastic piece of writing and I am looking forward to reading your next one. I had a blast at the book-signing and pig picking today!
